I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic space that inspires self-exploration, growth, resilience, and healing. I have a great passion for guiding children and their families towards a more fulfilled and balanced life. Throughout my career, I have worked with clients experiencing a variety of challenges like Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Bipolar and other mood regulation issues, Trauma, Relationship issues, Anger management, and various life transitions. I work from an Integrative Therapy approach, utilizing various treatment modalities like: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Play Therapy, Client-centered Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy, ACT, and Internal Family Systems. I understand that each client is unique and comes from various backgrounds, so I cater my approach to best fit your individual needs. I believe therapy should be collaborative, so I will work with you in order to better understand your goals, strengths, and challenges. I love what I do, I value my clients, and I believe that therapy can ease suffering while promoting personal growth and change. The best predictor of success in therapy is your relationship with your therapist. It is my priority to make sure that our therapeutic relationship is based on mutual trust, respect, unconditional positive regard, and empathy. |
